    Arrow Complete/Clean Uninstall/REinstall

At times it is recommended to perform a Complete/Clean Uninstall/REinstall
    before proceeding further

This will also save a lot of 'tail chasing' later
    - if all that is needed is a simple good thorough clean-up

    >> Remove everything :
    1ClickDVDCopy and 1ClickDVDCopyPRO ( if apply ) AND CopytoDVD
    .......Everything
( Remove the VSOInspector - also - if installed )

    *******************************

This may be of help , recommended often as a last result .
It begins 1Click from point zero .
This should clean out any remnants from previous installs
and give you a fresh start ,
Follow these instructions very carefully .

Make sure you write down \ have your Registration ID handy .

    Please Note :
You may be able to address your Issue without going into the 'Registry Editor"
Steps #2 through #8 are a little intensive and may be skipped

    Alexia provided this procedure
Here's the procedure to do a "complete clean" un-install and re-install
    of 1CLickDVDCopy & CopyToDVD:

    1. First, un-install 1ClickDVDCopy & CopyToDVD using your Windows Control Panel.

    2. Click on your Windows operating system "Start" button and select "Run..."

    3. In the filed next to "Open:", type the word "regedit"
and press Enter (or click the OK button).
The Registry Editor window should open.

    4. Click on the "+" sign next to the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER" folder to open it.
Click on the "+" sign next to the "Software" sub-folder to open it.

    5. Locate and delete two folders in the "Software" sub-folder.
The first folder to delete is the "LG Software Innovations" folder.
Click on the folder name (not the "+" sign) once
and press the "Delete" button on your keyboard
    to delete this folder.
The second folder to delete is the "VSO" folder.
Click on the folder name (not the "+" sign) once
and press the "Delete" button on your keyboard
    to delete this second folder.

    6. Click on the "+" sign next to the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" folder to open it.
Click on the "+" sign next to the "Software" sub-folder to open it.

    8. Close the Registry Editor window.

    9. Reboot your computer.

9A. Search "All Files and Folders " ( inc. Hidden Folders ) for
    [ 1Click ] , [ Copy to DVD ] , [ VSO ] , [ LG SOFT ]
    and DELETE any remaining folders/files
    ( excluding " Internet Shortcuts " )
You may find none - Great , proceed .
You may find program files , cache files , etc. - Remove them
    - then Reboot your computer and proceed .

    ******************************
    BEFORE installing a 'fresh' 1ClickDVDCopy//PRO -

    BE SURE to :
    Go to >> Start >> My Computer >> C: > "Program Files"

    >>> Look for a "LG Software Innovations" Folder
IF found remaining = DELETE the "LG Software Innovations" Folder

    >>> Look for a "VSO" Folder
IF found remaining = DELETE the "VSO" Folder

    REBOOT .

IF , for some reason ,
You have trouble with deleting the "VSO" folder
    - Stop
and Return here for assistance .

    *******************************

    10. Download and install using this link:
    http://www.lgsoftwareinnovations.com/download.asp

    11. Reboot your computer again.

The installation should now be complete.

Running a 'Registry Cleaner' now - would probably be a more than really good idea
    ( http://www.ccleaner.com/ it's free )

    Hope this helps ,

Make sure you write down \ have your Registration ID handy .

Remember , it is no longer necessary to also install
the seperate CopytoDVD SE program .
CopytoDVD is now contained within the 1ClickDVDCopy installation .

I would wait on installing the bonus CopytoDVD SE program ,
If you would still like to have it's use .
    Let's get 1Click fixed first .

note: Any/All 'settings' will be returned to default
Go to your "Settings" and check/make any necessary selections
    .
