DVD Converter

I have converted a couple of DVD's to generic dicX format but Windows Media Player won't read them. I have the full divX codec pack installed. is there another codec that is requried?

I'm not sure about older versions of WMP, but WMP 11 should play it. You could also try a couple other very good free media players...... Media Player Classic & VLC .... VLC comes with most required codecs self-contained in itself.

This is about the only program from lg software innovations I don`t have. I can only get 1click movie to play on wmp10 or 11. As mikeyb said.

I am having a similar problem
i am using 1click dvd converter to convert dvds to
divx files and they will not play on WMP 11
intervideo windvd 7 or dxd x player version 4.1 or 5.2
as they claim.
and i also have the divx codec installed but they still
will not play except on dvix player software or panasonic
DMR-EZ 485V stand alone player.

These players all claim to play divx and or mpeg4
but they do not.

Here how my work great by installing Divx code only and WinAmp 5 set it to player video. That should take care your problem.
