Are they being sent back to you, or are you just not getting a reply? Check your Spam or Junk Mail folder(s) to see if it's there. Sometimes anti spamware programs will send LGSIs responses there. Barring that try sending another email to LGSI using the link in my signature.

Do you have your Registration I.D. ??
