Default Different Output Size

How hard would it be to make 1Click To Ipod where you can pick a custom video output size? Alot of newer cell phones support video but the sizes that some phones support can vary. My Samsung Eternity has a screen size of like 400X240 but read that it wont support video that size but supports slightly smaller video output sizes. 1Click Dvd To Ipod works at smaller sizes but its to small and the larger video output size wont.
