Since you are using AnyDVD, use 4.0.6.0 for now. Until you can figure out what's causing 4.1.1.0 to have the failed burns.

I'll test some DVDs with 4.1.1.0 right now and let you know... I mostly deal with Blurays now but have a few DVDs that I need to back up.

I was successful on back to back copies using 4.1.1.0.

Has this failed burn issues only shown up with version 4.1.1.0?

Update to the current Version of PRO 4.1.1.0

and ....

VSO is in the process of Updating the Burn Engine to accommodate Windows7
.... but understandably ... not completely without Issues
The differences between versions 4.0.4.0 , 4.0.5.0 , 4.0.6.0 , 4.0.6.1 ,
4.0.6.2 and 4.0.7.0
- would be updates to the Burn Engine

If using the older Version of the Burn Engine - resolves the Issue :

Also , You could cross-check your Hardware/ Media with a burn with ImgBurn ( it's free )

Try burning the 1Click result with ImgBurn from your Working folder

Imgburn Build Mode:
Burning DVD Video files directly to single layer media with ImgBurn

Let's see if you have the same results
- with a Back-up Burned with IMGBurn

Shannon90210' as you suggested I reloaded Pro 4.1.0.1 and inserted the old burn engine. All my burns were good. When Pro 4.1.5.0 came out I downloaded it had one good burn and then bad burn. I inserted old burn engine and it works fine. By the way the link to http://forum.lgsoftwareinnovations.c...8&postcount=15 does not work now.

I guess I will keep using the old burn engine....thanks....!
