Question Why do I have to be online to use 1click?

Why do I have to be online to use 1click?

I've just moved into a new flat that has unreliable broadband. Each time I try to use 1click I'm told it can't connect to the internet to register (I've been a 1click registered user for 5 years). Then, it prompts me to try and register offline, that doesn't work, so I'm left with a program that closes immediately.

Can anyone help? Why does the program need to be online to work?

Kind Regards and thanks for your time, Karen

Apparently,
The Auto-Registration Is Not working as it is intended with the current Versions of 1Click

To resolve this for now manually register the Software
> Have Internet Access Available
> Open 1Click
> Press >F2
(or >Right Click on Interface >Open Registration Window)
>. Press = *Register*
1Click should reply with "Your Software is now Activated"

Let us know if the helps or not ....

LGSI Support has been informed of this little glitch
