Default Free DVD Decrypters

Does anyone know where to get a free decrypter? Dvd 43 won't work on my computer. The only one that I have now is the ancient...DVD Decrypter... I did have Dvd fab hd decrypter and it was working fine, then I upgraded to the next version and it turned out that they changed it from being free all of the time, to just a trial. So when it quit working I was extremely mad. So just a word of warning to anyone using Dvd Fab Decrypter DO NOT UPGRADE!!!
Can sombody help?

That's why they throw that "free" out there, to get you to "upgrade". Anytime you "upgrade", as opposed to "update", a free utility, it won't be free any more.

Unfortunately, its a simple proposition. without a decrypter, you can't copy a movie. Since DVD43 won't work for you, you're pretty much stuck with needing to pay for one. It seems to me that its worth whatever the cost, since you can't do anything without a decrypter. All you really need to do is decide which one you want to pay for.

Its nice when you can get something for nothing, but thats not always an option. I feel for you. DVD43 won't work on my system either.

That stinks. Can anyone recommend a good decrypter then?

First of all, DVDFab decrypter IS free, I think what you have done is upgrade to DVDFab Platinum, which is shareware. This means you can use the program for so long and then you have to buy it. I think you have tried to use a function of DVDFab decrypter that is only avaliable in the paid for version, then when prompted to, you have downloaded the trial version.

Could be, "second" starts after the word "free". Alan just forgot to signify it as such.

Then why did he bother with designating the other thing as the first thing ? Otherwise the other thing could have just as easily been the first thing, in which case the first thing would have been the second thing...

Confused yet?

But that's a whole other thing! I'm not even sure we should be talking about it. I'm shocked that you even brought it up!
